Professional Biography
Çetin Tuğberk Gürcan graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law. During his undergraduate studies, he chaired the University Sports Club Board and moderated conference series on anti-doping in sports and sports law.
A dual citizen of Australia and Türkiye, Gürcan is fully proficient in English and Turkish. He completed the “Starting a New Business & Entrepreneurship” program in Sydney, further developing his expertise in entrepreneurship and business establishment.
In Australia, he advises local businesses on international company formation, contracts, legal compliance, and business development. He also provides expert opinions on Turkish law and international trade law to Australian courts and conducts legal seminars for communities across Australia.
