NMS Consulting Inc. announced the appointment of Aykut Çakır as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 July 2024. According to the corporate announcement dated 2 July 2024, he had been serving as Acting CEO since January 2024.

NMS Consulting and NMS Capital Group announced the formation of Saliba Group Inc. on 6 November 2025, following the separation of certain technical services advisory activities. The announcement presented the new organisation as a platform focused on programme and construction management (PCM) services.
